A Day in the Life
Knowledge Link is seeking a senior-level Financial Management Analyst to resolve Financial Reporting and Property Accountability limitations, NGA has established the TAM program. TAM is a single, holistic, integrated program to implement, maintain, and improve an enterprise-wide asset management capability.
Time Well Spent
Document, monitor, and maintain IUS listing. Assess expenditures to identify internal use software. Reconcile internal use software expenditures to multiple relevant IT system data sources. Develop and sustain KSDs for in progress IUS assets. Document approach, methodology for development of IUS listing. Develop tools and templates to facilitate development of IUS listing. Documents approach, methodology for development of KSDs for in progress IUS assets. Develop tools and templates to facilitate development of KSDs for in progress IUS assets. Develop and report metrics to monitor progress of IUS listing and KSD development. Document, monitor, and maintain IT hardware asset listing. Assess expenditures to identify IT hardware assets Reconcile IT hardware assets to relevant IT system data sources and remediate variances. Develop and sustain KSDs for in progress and operational IT hardware assets. Document approach, methodology for development if IT hardware asset listing. Develop tools and templates to facilitate development of IT hardware asset listing. Document approach, methodology for development of KSDs for IT hardware assets. Develop tools and templates to facilitate development of KSDs for IT hardware assets. Develop and report metrics to monitor progress of IT hardware asset listings and KSDs development. Deliver complete and accurate IUS in development asset listing. Deliver complete and accurate IT hardware in development and FG asset listing.
Qualified Candidate
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated specialized experience in the area of Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM). DoD/IC Audit or Audit Readiness Experience.
Exceptional Candidate
Experience with the development and implementation of auditable contract cost accumulation methodologies Experience with the development of General Accounting Principles (GAP) Compliant Plant, Property and Equipment (PP&E) GAAP Compliant PP&E Valuation Methodologies that has achieved audit readiness. Experience with Momentum, PeopleSoft, or Prism Software Applications. Certified Public Accountant. Experience executing reassertion process to achieve an unmodified Audit Opinion. Experience with NGA Domain. Experience in auditing.
