Job Title: Business Analyst, Quality

Sierra7 is hiring a Business Analyst, Quality! As a Business Analyst, Quality, specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) processes, you will be pivotal in enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and CMMI standards. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust QMS to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will support the Enterprise PMO, standardizing project management practices and supporting project execution. Your expertise will support effective risk management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that both quality and project management practices contribute to the organization's success.

Requirements:
Skills/abilities: Ability to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines and address urgent issues. Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to collaborate and lead others through internal audits and process improvement initiatives Ability to understand and relate how an internal process aligns with best practice standards Understanding of the criticality of documented processes and records to demonstrate compliance The ability to adapt to new methodologies and business needs is essential. However, there may be certain standards, processes, or compliance requirements that require a level of rigidity to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
