SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician II in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for planning and scheduling tasks to provide shipping and receiving support of explosive and ordnance operations including: shipping, receiving, issuing, storing, segregating, handling, preparing, inventorying materials, in support of engineering and production operations.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience to include working with hand and power tools Able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim Secret Needed to Start Previous experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relations Able to pass physical for CDL level requirements Able to obtain explosive certification Good communications skills Experience working with computers Capable of working outside in extreme weather conditions. DESIRED:
Previous experience in engineering and production operations Forklift certification Computer skills Experience in inventory management Past experience in shipping/receiving beneficial
