Description
SAIC is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Technical Trainer located at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The Technical Trainer will support training requests for II MEF and surrounding commands. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the mission readiness of Marine Corps Forces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training C2 systems and applications, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Required:
In coordination with II MEF CE and MSC CPSAs, reviews currently available POI/curriculum developed by the MAGTF C2 Services and Applications (MC2SA) Contract and recommends adjustments / additions based on how commands are employing and using MAGTF C2 fielded C2 Systems. Assist with establishing and maintaining an iterative POI/curriculum feedback process across all echelons of command. Provide this feedback to the MC2SA training team and to the II MEF C2 Systems Manager. Ahead of planned new equipment training (NET) and/or new capabilities training (NCT), work with the MC2SA training team provide feedback aligned with the operational requirements of II MEF commands. In coordination with II MEF CE and MSC CPSAs and the MC2SA training team, develop a C2 systems integration course(s) focused on how the systems connect and communicate with other C2 systems at varying echelons and with fires and intel systems as required. Provide on-call training to deploying II MEF commands in support of real-world operations and exercises. Conduct C2 systems research and analysis across II MEF and with other training organizations to identify C2 systems training gaps (e.g., the integration course mentioned above) and, in coordination with the II MEF CPSA team and MC2SA training team, develop POI/curriculum to fulfill these gaps. Support DGSIT training revolutions to provide CPSA-related support to the Warfighters in support of II MEF C2 systems operations and integration for deployments. Perform testing and validation of classroom systems, applications, and servers. Develop and modify learning products, to include presentation slides, instructor and student guides, quick reference materials, checklists, tutorials, interactive exercises. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in support of C4ISR system training, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
OR
High school diploma/GED equivalent and seven (7) years of experience in support of C4ISR system training to include: established training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process. Interface with multiple stakeholders to manage and align objectives, promote collaboration, and facilitate course development and deployment. Must be able to deliver classroom modules following developed POI and training support materials. Possess expert analytical, communication, and research skills, and a successful record of accomplishment of creating engaging course materials and assessments for both classroom and online instruction. Possess intermediate or above proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Possess intermediate or above proficiency with Web conferencing products (Microsoft Teams, Zoom Gov, etc.). Required Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
