Position title
Instructional Systems Designer

USCYBERCOM establishes and directs a Joint Training Program to ensure that assigned forces are trained, certified, and fully interoperable with other forces. Exigent Services, LLC provides development support to manage comprehensive client training programs, ensuring that assigned forces are trained, certified, and seamlessly integrated with other joint forces.

The Curriculum Developer will: Collaborate on the design, implementation, evaluation, and quality assurance of new and existing learning courses and programs. Apply specific adult active learning theories, methods, strategies, and knowledge Assess the effectiveness of training standards to ensure they meet the joint interoperability standards and facilitate readiness of cyberspace forces. Establish and maintain training and certification standards for joint cyberspace operations forces enabling cyber operations. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure it meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of cyberspace forces. Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluation assessments, and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to the client and across the joint forces Develop and provide recommendations to the client regarding strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for cyberspace operations forces. The Curriculum Developer will have: An Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for Polygraph A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience implementing training standards and developing training pipelines 3+ years of experience with developing and maintaining job qualification standards (JQS) 3+ years of experience with supporting a Joint Duty Assignment Knowledge of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models for instructional design and evaluation. Prior military experience developing and designing training and education products and solutions. Experience with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and surveys Experience with providing briefs to senior leaders and data analytics for training execution statistics Knowledge of policy, governance, and service/joint doctrine Knowledge of service training, accessions, manpower, and presentation models Knowledge of cyber workforce frameworks such as NICE (National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education), including industry best practices and latest developments Knowledge of the Department of Defense Cyber Mission Force construct Compensation:
