Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance: Harnessing the Power of data collection and analysis
Across air, land, sea and space, thousands of sensors onboard manned and unmanned military platforms are collecting huge amounts of data. These ISR systems task, collect, process, analyze, fuse and disseminate the most mission-critical information.
THE WORK
In this important role you will:
• Provide Systems Integration/Test support to a mature software system including integration, testing, system verification, and end-user training.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts in order to prepare and assess system readiness
• Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.
• Develop critical end-user documentation/training content and presenting this training material to various stakeholders (both internal and external)

WHO WE ARE
As part of the C4ISR Engineering & Technology team, you will support the integration, testing, and deployment of mission critical software applications to the field. You will provide support to the end-user through comprehensive documentation as well as training development and administration. You will work with cross-functional, multi-discipline teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment with various program and technology SMEs (subject matter experts) in support of a multi-site mission.

Candidates for this role typically have a High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience

Basic Qualifications:
• Professional experience with systems testing and integration
• Professional experience with deploying complex software systems into complex and varying customer computing environments
• Experience executing the Agile Development process and utilizing the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience in creating and updating demonstrations, Training and Documentation packages
• Highly experienced preparing and presenting technical subject matter to a wide variety of audiences
Desired Skills:
• Experience developing and utilizing test scripts
• Experience with System Administration and associated IT infrastructure Tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.)
• Familiarity with AF DCGS Software products (e.g. Ruby, SEAM, SDS, MSCS, etc.)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $48,500 - $85,675. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
