Job Title: Scheduler

Overview

SCCI is seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our team our team! In this position, you will provide scheduling support to a fast-paced Weapon System Program. This position is available for immediate hire and located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities: Develop, document, maintain, and analyze multiple project sub-schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Act as a facilitator throughout the schedule development process, and over the course of the engineering life cycle, by engaging with key internal and external stakeholders Collaborate closely with project leadership, key stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand program milestones, plans, and resource requirements Maintain and update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), schedule plans, and baselines Conduct schedule risk assessments, variance analysis, progress monitoring, and critical path analysis Prepare and present schedule documentation and reports for stakeholders and leadership at all levels of development  



Essential Skills and Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and have an Active Secret Security Clearance High School Diploma At least one (1) year of experience in project schedule development using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
