Job Title: Program Manager

Overview

SCCI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team! In this position, you will manage a team of field engineers, exercise developers, operators, simulation systems technicians, systems analysts, configuration management specialists, and supply coordinators for an NSWCDD Combat System engineering and operations contract. Occasional travel may be required. This position is in support of future work expected in 2025. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities: Overseeing entire lifecycle of program, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring it meets cost, schedule, and performance objectives while adhering to DoD regulations Managing technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership Managing a variety of teams located in multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations

Essential Skills and Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a minimum of an Active Secret Security Clearance Ten (10) years of experience in Combat System engineering and operations Five (5) years demonstrated qualities of leadership and responsibility in Department of Defense (DoD) Contract Program Management and demonstrated responsibility for directing a multi-disciplined team of technical experts to produce a product within cost, schedule and time constraints
