The Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the team within Treasury. The role provides exposure to cash flow forecasting, global funding and cash management, operational treasury, debt compliance, etc. Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, the Treasury Analyst will interact with a variety of functions within and outside of Treasury, including Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A and Finance Leadership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, execute and track daily cash transactionsPrepare and submit borrowing and repayment requestsMonitor activity for several financial facilities and perform reporting on themManage and track all hedging and debt activity in treasury software suitePrepare cash position reports for senior managementWork with Treasury leadership and Financial Planning & Analysis to develop cash forecast and cash flow analysesOversee day-to-day activity for bank and investment accountsResearch and resolve exceptionsWork closely with Accounting to ensure proper recording of Treasury activitiesWork with the auditors on any requestsReport and analyze bank chargesComplete ad-hoc analysis and information requests from Treasury management and AccountingAssist in managing hedging programResponsible for bank account maintenance and keeping corporate governance and signatories up to dateThe Treasury Analyst will be expected to perform high volume transaction execution with an extremely high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will be analytical, detail oriented and organized. He/she will need to apply critical thinking skills and perform research when necessary. This job is expected to be hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting1-3 years Treasury experience with a public or private companyWorking knowledge of accounting and cash processesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, esp. MS ExcelStrong analytical and critical thinking skills; good business judgment; proactiveExperience leading projects independentlyStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in the context of a large, complex, geographically-dispersed organizationContinuous improvement attitude with ability and confidence to make recommendationsAbility to quickly synthesize disparate data and provide actionable informationHighly responsive, leveraging ability to multi-task, work efficiently and meet tight deadlinesEnergetic with a proven ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to changeExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP#LI-AE1

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
$59,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually.
