What will I do in this position if hired?
In this position, you will function as a program manager and advisor to evaluate training programs and uses the findings in planning and implementing new or modified programs to support training delivery. Typical assignments include:
Defining, creating, and implements strategies for the implementation and evaluation of programs that
facilitate professional development and training of the LSCMS workforce. Creating a supportive environment that provides access to on-going and well-coordinated activities with the goal of maintaining the highest quality of services for students and employees. Reviewing and evaluating in-house practices, procedures, and protocols relating to staff education, professional development, and organizational processes that affect quality. Qualifications

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for this position at the GS-14 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:
