At ACT1, our people make the difference. As a Data Analyst you will support the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency.
In this role, a typical day will include: Data collection of technical, programmatic, and cost data for Department of Defense (DoD) aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) programs. Research and data entry into customer databases Draft, edit, and proofread documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with varying levels of employees and management, including Senior Leader Executives, and must be highly organized, motivated, and dependable. Perform Other duties as assigned. The Successful Candidate will: Be a flexible team player and maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance, have the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, take initiative and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrate the ability to ability to multi-task, prioritize, and re-prioritize based on shifting business needs while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Establish relationships and communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external staff at various levels and seniority Must be flexible and adapt to change
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work independently and in teams Experience collaborating with varying levels of employees and Senior management Bachelor's degree or 5 years of data analysis or admin experience with a High School Diploma Project Management skills (scheduling, tracking) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with TEAMS and similar tools ZOOM/etc. is a plus/bonus) Must be willing to work on-site Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance at the level of Secret issued by the US Government. This position is a temporary, ~6-month assignment with potential to convert to full-time employment. There will be a requirement to be on-site at WPAFB at least 50% of the time with potential for telework the rest of the time.
