At ACT1, our people make the difference. As a Program Manager, you will be trusted to provide quality and efficiency Cyber Software Solutions development and support activities. The support provided will include, but not limited to, the development of the cyber capabilities of the application suites, mission deployment activities, documentation and agile software deliveries, material management within the confines of the change control board, deployment of required hardware to mission systems, and continued support of the program office, i.e., tablets, desktops, or connected devices.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 15+ years of professional IT experience 10+ years of experience managing development teams using Agile and DEVSECOPS and other development methodologies. TS/SCI clearance with ability to gain SAP access. 10+years technical program management experience leading software development teams in a DoD environment Duty location: Colorado Springs, CO - onsite work M-F. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $150,000/year to $200,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors
Desired Qualifications: 20+ years of DoD IT experience, experience with US Space Force and/or similar Space Systems Command Programs to include Manticore and Kraken PMP and/or DAWIA PM Level III certification 15+ years technical program management and software development experience leading software development teams using Agile and DEVSECOPS and other development methodologies. Familiarity with, but not limited to, the following commercial applications and system types that Cyber Operations uses in development, deployment, and DevSecOps toolchain: Apache Spark Artifactory Cisco network infrastructure products Cloud-centric technologies related to Amazon Web Services or equivalent Confluence for documentation and wiki hosting Deployment of centralized identity and access management (IdAM) i.e. Keycloak Elastic Beats Elasticsearch architecture and implementation Fortify for software analysis Gitlab code repository and workflows Hardened container management i.e. Docker JavaScript Jira for lifecycle management and backlog Kafka Kibana Kubernetes implementation Logstash Marbles MariaDB Network trend and behavioral analytics Nifi
