A) We focus on obtaining leads through online ad campaigns using AI and Saas, Business Partnerships, Referrals, Door to Door Area Blitz, Cold and Inbound Virtual Leads and GHL text automation workflows. Reps also leverage business to business referral relationships.
B) Our closers discuss solar with the homeowners virtually or in person and help them understand the benefits of Solar before showing their customers home solar design.

POSITIONS & COMMISSIONS
Solar Appointment Setter: As a Virtual Solar Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our solar business by identifying qualified prospects, engaging with them over phone or email, and arranging appointments for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work remotely.
*Advancement after 5 Installs + Passing Closer Testing
• $2,257 (9kW system at $3.00 ppw)
o $2,580 (9kW system at $3.2 ppw)
o $2,903 (9kW system at $3.4 ppw)
• $1,000 Front-End commission the next Friday after deal submission
o $500 for small systems, cash deals, or company leads
o Paid to the Setter
Solar Consultant Closer: As a Virtual Solar Appointment Closer, you will play a vital role in our solar energy sales team by turning qualified appointments into solar system installations. You will be responsible for delivering persuasive sales pitches, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding potential clients through the process of adopting solar energy solutions. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

o $7,372 (9kW system at $3.2 ppw)
o $8,294 (9kW system at $3.4 ppw)
