This Opportunity

LBS is seeking a Real Property Administrator II (USN) on multiple sites within INDOPACOM-Marshall Islands region (USAG-KA (Kwajalein and Roi-Namur)) in support of LOGCAP V.

This position performs variety of Real Property Administrator work in coordination with the Real Property Section in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll. Works with the Master Planner in support of U.S. Army Garrison- Kwajalein Atoll Directorate of Public Works. Your Impact

• Apply knowledge and experience in a wide range of Real Property Administrator assignments including reviewing facility guides, technical documents, blueprints, as built drawings, and archival information.
• Apply independent problem-solving skills to meet client requirements collaborating with team members within the Real Property team and Engineering section.
• Collaboratively evaluate facility and infrastructure conditions to meet client requirements; comprehends technical inspection checklists and evaluates inspection results.
• Conduct Real Property Inventory (RPI) inspections and record and organize data electronically in the appropriate government system.
• As necessary, participate in facility-related meetings, participate in stakeholder discussions, and provide guidance to large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex master planning assignments.
• Other duties as determined by project leadership.
• Must have knowledge of Installation Services Requirements (ISR) documentation requirements.
• Must have knowledge of and experience in real property solutions in support of military operations to include in remote environments.
• Must have knowledge and working experience with facility and infrastructure guidance to include Unified Facilities Code (UFC), Department of Defense Manuals, Army and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations.
• Possess excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format
• Must be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements

Who You Are

Required Qualifications Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently Must maintain a valid driver's license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization. Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis. Must meet the Republic of the Marshall Islands (host nation) COVID-19 entry requirements; COVID-19 vaccination(s), fully inoculated and Booster. Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. • Bachelor's degree preferred
• Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
• Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy
• 5 - 10 years' experience in facility and project planning/estimating
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
• High school Diploma (or equivalent)
• US Citizenship with US Passport Local US Resident or Dependent with established housing accommodations is preferred.
