Duties
Typical Duties Include: Compiling, analyzing and synthesizing data in regards to registered entities and other information in support of the Office of Risk and Strategy and the national examination program. Communicating orally and in writing with stakeholders within EXAMS regarding datasets and information in support of the risk assessment process. Drafting, editing and updating procedures in support of work process improvements. Assisting management with various data related projects, developing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Providing input and recommendations on projects that serve to improve internal systems and databases in support of the Office of Risk and Strategy and the national examination program.

This position has promotion potential to the SK-14. PROBATIONARY PERIOD: This appointment may require completion of a one-year probationary period. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Entrance on duty is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment security investigation. Favorable results on a Background Investigation may be a condition of employment or selection to another position. DRUG TESTING: This position may be subjected to drug testing requirements. PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION (PCS): Moving/Relocation expenses are not authorized. DIRECT DEPOSIT: All Federal employees are required to have Federal salary payments made by direct deposit to a financial institution of their choosing. This position is in the collective bargaining unit. This position is eligible to request telework in accordance with the SEC 's telework policy.

Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

SK-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level providing support and assistance to managers related to all of the following areas: Program and data analysis/management; process development and/or improvements; contract management; and/or financial management/analysis; Developing -policies, procedures, or initiatives to meet organizational needs; AND Communicating and working with diverse stakeholders across all levels within the organization to accomplish program objectives.
