About the role:

The clerk will support the Intake, e-QIP, Suitability, and Badging Teams in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities: Review, categorize, and process emails in resource mailboxes Create standard operating procedures for office Create and present PowerPoint presentations Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking of personnel Log all incoming mail in accordance to department Enter Special Agency Checks into agency database Assist program offices with scheduling applicants for fingerprints and biometrics processing Oversee and assist with day-to-day administrative functions of Program Support Center (PSC) in the areas of logistics, office supplies, data gathering, researching information, preparing reports Set-up and coordinate with contractors to provide training across PSC and assist program staff with training as needed Provide general information and guidance in response to various inquiries from HHS, external agencies, sponsors, and the public Respond personally or redirect inquiries to the appropriate office for response Ship and scan fingerprint cards for processing Qualifications/Requirements: One (1) year of office experience High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Must be a US citizen or green-card holder Will be required to travel out of town for fingerprinting and badge issuance Must be able to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust investigation Possess excellent typing abilities and the skill to prepare documents accurately with minimal errors Possess excellent organizational and file management skills and the ability to plan and execute administrative work with little supervision Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail Ability to professionally interact with customers, colleagues, and members at all levels Company Benefits/Perks: Medical HSA + HRA Goodrx Telemedicine Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Basic and Voluntary Life and Ad&D Disability Products Employee Assistance Program 401(K) Retirement Plan Commuter Benefits Financial Advisor Tuition Assistance EEO Statement:
