In your role, you will: Provide planning with the requirements to execute maintenance on the site's equipment (parts, manpower, work orders, documentation, etc.) Develop and deploy preventive and predictive maintenance programs Analyze equipment failures, proceed to root cause analysis and support implementing solutions Track key equipment performance (maintenance cost, OEE, strategy, etc.) Be a leader of continuous improvement for the area you support Support resolving supply chain issues in finding alternatives Lead critical troubleshooting situations to allow best-in-class equipment return to service Act as the equipment maintenance department representative in asset acquisition process

Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate, You have a university diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automated Manufacturing engineering and/or relevant college degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. You have the ability synthetize, vulgarize and present complex technical information. You have work under pressure, like multitasking and are known to fulfill your commitments. You have organizational awareness, an excellent team player, are perseverant and have good judgement. You master French and English, you are Bilingual. You have experience in and are passionate about equipment maintenance.
