Job Title: TEMPORARY Facilities Operations Coordinator

OVERVIEW:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator coordinates Quality Assurance for the Facilities Department. Assists in scheduling cleaning and inspection personnel. Performs administrative tasks to ensure that Cardlock facilities meet & exceed Company standards.

***NOTE: This position is a temporary position, expected to last 3-4 months.***

Base Compensation for this role is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate shift coverage for vaction and sick time
Coordinate required training for new employees
Schedule and maintain all site testing
Update testing spreadsheet
Check tests and populate in dropbox
Update DO tracking on spreadsheet
Timecard and Payroll entries and adjustments
Coordinate and submit mileage reports for team
Place orders for decals needed for site reimaging
Checking cameras
Schedule camera repairs
Fence quotes
Tree quotes
Update parking permit list
Special projects related to facility operations
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent with PC programs such as Microsoft Office apps
2 years experience in the cardlock / fueling operations or facilities maintenance preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Self-starter / motivated
Ability to meet deadlines
Relationship builder
Strong oral and written communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work indoors / outdoors
Walking / standing for long periods
Ability to lift up to 30lbs alone, 50lbs with assistance
Ability to work around hazardous materials such as gasoline, diesel, paint, cleaners, etc.
