VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Mid-level Contract and Acquisition Analyst to support NAVSEA client located in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in tracking, analyzing, and coordinating ship Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements, processing contract modifications, and development acquisition documents.
Responsibilities:
Assist a government client with contracting and acquisition planning and implementation. Assist in the development and review of Procurement Request (PR) packages, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), Determination and Finding (D&F), and the, ensuring the adequacy, consistency, and compliance with administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements. Support contract execution, track and monitor contract modifications, develop contract status reporting, and maintain responsibility of historical contract documentation. Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience supporting contract and acquisition management for US Navy ships and shipboard systems Experience in developing and tracking the approval process of CDRL deliverables required Experience with shipbuilder (vendor) integrated data environment (IDE) systems and processes Experience in writing and reviewing contract documentation, including PRs, J&As, SOWs, CDRLs, APs, and ASs Experience with the complete Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Active Secret clearance required Bachelor's degree preferred Additional (Highly Desired) Qualifications:
Experience with US Navy platforms, surface and air-launched weapon, C4I, Sensor, and Electronic Warfare systems
