VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an Acquisition FMS Analyst to work in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide acquisition support to our customers.
Position Responsibilities
FMS contract generation, award, and management Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required Track funds retrieved through the Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) financial database as the standard method of payment for FMS Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letters and memoranda, and tracking action items Position Qualifications
Acquisition/Contract experience required Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales management and financial systems, including MISIL Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.) Knowledge of FMS Case phases (Pre-LOR, LOA Development, Case Execution, and Case Closure) i.e. cradle to grave Case Management Associates and (10) yrs of relevant exp., or Bachelors in a relevant field and five (5) yrs of relevant exp., or Masters in a relevant field. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with security clearances.
