Who We Are:
We are the HR Analytics & Compensation section of the Human Resources department serving Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). SwRI is an applied R&D organization benefiting government, industry, and the public through innovative science & technology.
Objectives of this Role:
Provide support to ensure compliance with wage & hour laws, such as the Service Contract Act.Assist with data capture related to workforce analytics projects.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Handle the administration process for Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance, to include documenting employee pay rate information, sending correspondence, and maintaining files.Track prior work experience and functional job classifications for current employees and new hires.Assist with new hire offer tracking and other employment-related reports as needed.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent4-10 years: Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills, prior experience working with confidential data and data entryA valid/clear driver's license is required
