Job Title: Program Manager - TS Cleared

Must Have: Active Top Secret Clearance and PMP Certification

Overview:

In anticipation of a contract award, we are looking for a Program Manager to manage, direct, or assist one or more programs. In this role you will assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to program schedule and performance. You will also provide a full range of supervisory responsibilities, to include, but not limited to assignment of work, setting priorities, coaching, evaluating individual and organizational performance, and training. The Program Manager will project short/long term strategic planning and prepares justifications to support resource requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide management to ensure tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in accordance with the Government’s requirement.
Ensure program / project schedules, performance, and contract deliverables are met.
Monitor and report the hours of all contractor-personnel.
Facilitate partnership between contractor and Government stakeholders.
Provide incidental quality assurance.
Resolve problems, issues or conflicts as required.
Coordinate and provide response to any Government requests for information or data calls.
Coordinate schedules for contractor personnel
Prioritize tasks and assignments to contractor workforce based on the Governments requirement and best practices.
Ensure accountability for all Government Furnished Property, including assistance in performing periodic Government property inventories.
Ensure applicable agency policies and procedures are followed by the contractor workforce.

Required Qualifications:

Active Top Secret Clearance
Ability to work on site in Huntsville, AL 4 days per week (relocation assistance may be available)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Ten (10) years of program management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
