Job Description:
Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Manage a region of community banking centers. Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enhance customer and community relationships, performance and productivity.

Provide leadership to the assigned units to ensure industry leading performance in the areas of customer service, operations, personnel, compliance and profitability.
Develop strategies and implement appropriate action plans that promote performance in alignment with the Bank’s business objectives and reduce or eliminate the impact of any deficiencies, problems and conflicts.
Assist with training and facilitating team meetings that align with the Bank’s strategic plan and initiatives.
Design, implement and monitor the effectiveness of sales metrics and measures that encourage awareness of and ensure accountability for sales goals including loans, deposits and non-interest income.
Direct and monitor the resolution of escalated customer service or transaction issues. Review customer satisfaction survey results and implement action plans as needed.
Direct and monitor the response to findings of policy and/or procedure violations or unsatisfactory audits.
Monitor region facilities and safety and security practices. Develop and implement appropriate action plans to resolve deficiencies.
Direct the investigation of escalated employee performance concerns. Guide the development of and monitor performance improvement plans.
Attend community events and serve in leadership roles, as appropriate, to establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and members.
Identify and troubleshoot barriers to optimal performance and communication. Develop, implement and monitor appropriate interventions.
Promote timely and affective communication between assigned branches and support departments.
Education Level:
High school or ged
