Responsibilities

Preparedness and Mission Resilience (PMR) provides oversight, coordination, documentation, and governance of the IC and Office of the Director of National Intelligence's (ODNI) Continuity and Emergency Management Programs. These efforts allow the ODNI to provide oversight and management of IC continuity activities supporting National Essential Functions (NEF), ODNI's Primary Mission Essential Function capabilities and guidance to generate an integrated and coordinated support before, during and after any crisis situation and consequence management effort.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert recommendations and technical support to the ODNI and PMR mission, and present briefs to a variety of audiences from individuals to senior leaders; provide educational instruction and training; attend policy and planning conferences, meetings, and working groups that support the National Intelligence Strategy, the IC's goals, and PMR 's objectives.

Subject to recall and/or stand-by 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365) for national security emergencies, National Special Security Events (NSSE), national, IC, and ODNI continuity alerts and activations, and other emergency activities as required by the Sponsor.

Shift support is 24/7/365 requiring working days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience) Must have previous watch officer experience working in an intelligence watch center. Utilizing multiple forms of communications systems (e.g. telephone, fax, radio, etc.); Proficient in the operation of all continuity communications platforms required by the Office of Science and Technology Policy/Office of management and Budget (OSTP/OMB) Directive D-16-1 TS SCI CI POLY Position contingent on contract award #cjpost

Desired Qualifications Experience working in a high stress environment; Utilizing emergency response team rosters and emergency notification tools; Recognizing situational awareness indicators and executing judgment of potential impact on mission operations; Developing clear and concise written products that require minimal revision; Facilitating emergency communications; Monitoring facility infrastructure to ensure readiness for emergency conditions; Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support. Conduct alert notification of individuals and teams for the orderly transition to crisis team operations and processes, if required. Draft daily and event driven Situational Awareness Reports providing daily situational awareness of ongoing and emerging events. Provide support to ongoing IC continuity response activities, to include the ROC and alternate facility plans and procedures. COVID Policy: New employees will be required to adhere to the Company's and its clients' COVID-19 safety procedures. In the event that the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for Federal Contractors is enforced, you must become fully vaccinated or request and be approved for an exemption. Employees working onsite at a client location must comply with our client's COVID-19 requirements.
