Job Title: Contracts Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with a business related degree. Recent internship experience within a proposal, contracts and procurement environment preferred. Overall Responsibilities: Ensure corporate compliance with all federal and state contracting regulations. Maintain and add products to GSA schedule, GSA Advantage and state schedules. Train and coordinate with multiple departments to promote the full use of government contract opportunities and compliance. Submit quarterly sales reports to respective government agencies. Register on state and municipal bidders list. Serve as main point of contact for government procurement inquiries. Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems. Strong organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail, including follow-up. Recent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel mandatory. Familiarity with all contracts types.
