Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Applications with experience in agile implementation and administration of the OneStream platform to support financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and additional OneSteam marketplace solutions to join our growing team in Houston, TX!

Role Summary:

The Senior Analyst Enterprise Applications role is responsible for administrating the OneStream Platform and ensuring day-to-day support of issues and enhancement requests and solutions. In addition, the role is to guide the analysis and recommend a practical solution that meets the business requirements. At times, the Analyst will also investigate and implement solutions for more complex issues and projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:OneStream Administration. Leverage previous OneStream experience to ensure accurate reporting of Financial Planning, reconciliations, and Consolidation capabilities to provide the foundation that supports continued expansion of the OneStream platform to support business processes and integration with ERP and other reporting systems.OneStream Enhancements. Manage integrations and perform validations from source system/data warehouse (e.g., JDE, Cognos), ensure source data flows downstream as required to cubes, achieve data reconciliation, and maintain the integrity of data loaded into the OneStream application and downstream cubes. Build and maintain custom drill-back routines to allow users to quickly analyze and view source data sent to OneStream and ensure critical data and connections are available to support.Technical Support. As requested, support development and distribution of reports (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in). Perform monthly and daily maintenance of OneStream, including the execution and monitoring of extract and load processes. In addition, experience with OneStream audit /event logs will be helpful to support the investigation of issues identified by the Business. Finally, maintain the user security model to ensure access is restricted to the appropriate data and business processes within the OneStream application. Documenting current and proposed business processes to identify gaps while aligning with functional and system processes. This includes coordinating and facilitating User Acceptance Testing and collecting testing results using standard templates.Relationship Building. Developing effective working relationships and collaboration across the organization and with vendor support. Engage business stakeholders and technology partners to refine business requirements and adhere to data governance and design patterns aligned with the enterprise data reporting.Initiative Management & Execution. Partner and coordinate with Business to understand needs for critical projects or enhancements. Support prototyping activities that validate business requirements solution definition and minimize risk.Position Requirements:Deep functional and technical experience the OneStream platform; OneStream certification is a plus 1+ years of experience implementing and maintaining OneStream XF Financial Planning and/or Consolidation solution.Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.5+ years of experience in I.T., preferably in the Finance business domain.5+ years of business analysis experience, including development of business processes, functional specifications, testing, and implementation.Experience developing online training and test plans/scripts.Knowledge of SQL, VB.net, or Visual Basic and databases preferred.Strong teamwork, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Ability to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally.Certificates & Licenses:Accounting and Power B.I. accreditation would be considered an assetOther Skills, Attributes, and Abilities:This job includes frequent interaction with a wide range of personnel, which requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborative style management.This position requires strong analytic skills and system abilities to understand business and technology impact.This position requires assisting with complex support issues - helping to identify root-case and/or remediate them as needed.Provide technical guidance & support to developers related to all deployed modulesMust be able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Must be open to giving and receiving direct feedback to challenge the status quo.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).Experience in using analytical or querying toolsExcellent program and project management skills (estimating, work planning, project reporting and tracking, issue management).Good organization and time management skills required.Essential Functions:This position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or/quantitative productivity standards.This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.Physical & Safety Requirements:The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.This role continuously operates a computer and other office productivity equipment (i.e. a calculator, copy machine and computer printer).About You:
