Summary
The Inside Account Executive for our Wholesale, InTouch division is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with our Broker Partners. Our Inside AEs work with our Broker Partner Owners along with their Loan Officers and Processors. This role does not communicate with borrowers. Availability, knowledge, and a high-level communication ability will make our Inside AE successful.
Essential Functions
Train our Broker Partners on all things Freedom including our technology, products, and processes. Utilize Salesforce as our CRM to document Partner related communication along with ongoing business dialogue. Manage our customer support processes including the maintenance of our Broker Partners' necessary approvals. Respond to our Broker Partner inquiries, as our subject matter expert, with urgency. Proactively inform our Broker Partners about changes or updates within Freedom or in the industry. Collaborate with Freedom Wholesale Leadership to develop marketing strategies that will help our Partners increase their expertise and performance. Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of one year related experience as Mortgage Account Executive preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products required. Preferred Qualifications
Prior utilization of Salesforce or other CRM software. Mortgage Industry knowledge Experience in Sales and/or Training Familiarity with Call Center KPIs.
