Job Title: VP Digital Marketing

(This position can be 100% remote)
Summary:
The VP of Digital Marketing will develop digital marketing strategy and lead the execution of digital marketing plans for direct-to-consumer marketing programs across paid search, paid social, email, and content marketing.The strategic responsibility spans all forms of digital engagement and is directly responsible for execution for paid media, social, content, and email, while partnering with digital technology teams for website and digital application experiences.


Essential Job Functions may include:
Developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy in support of overall marketing and business initiatives, including inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics. Oversight of digital paid media and social including associated external agencies Working with campaign managers to optimize impact across channels, digital and non-digital Lead and lead conversion forecasting Oversight of content marketing including content strategy and SEO optimization Oversight of email marketing Working with website and digital application teams on the content strategy, customer experience, and the roadmap for new customer-facing capabilities. Other Related Duties:

Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree from a Four (4) year College or University and a Masters in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years experience in Marketing Leadership role 5 years experience with digital marketing best practices Mortgage or Financial Services experience preferred Experience leading and working across cross functional teams Experience working with an inside sales culture Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Licensing/Certification/Registration:
Google Analytics/Adwords

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Regular and substantial contact with others. Contacts usually involve discussions related to policies and programs. Handles sensitive, complex, and/or confidential information.

Tasks and responsibilities require integration of diverse functional areas and involve variables that are more abstract. Work is substantially complex and varied, and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies and procedures in combination.

Performs duties within scope of general Company policies, procedures and objectives. Analyzes problems and performs needs assessments. Uses judgment in adapting broad guidelines to achieve desired result. Regular exercise of independent judgment within accepted practices. Makes recommendations that affect policies, procedures and practices. Refers exceptions to policy and procedures to the supervisor.
