Job Description:
Summary
The Director, Escrow Administration Insurance is responsible for providing oversight for the Insurance functions within escrow administration.
This position is required to report in office to Marlton, NJ.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure all homeowner's insurance and mortgage insurance disbursements are made from the customer's escrow account in accordance applicable company, investor and regulatory requirements. Oversee daily activities performed by the insurance outsource vendor to ensure service level agreements targets are met. Monitor to ensure that adequate insurance coverage is maintained on non-escrowed loans. Monitor to ensure that mortgage insurance is terminated timely. Process requests for early cancelation of mortgage insurance timely. Ensure that adequate Flood Insurance is maintained on all applicable properties. Monitor and address open items, CITs and mailbox items related to tax and escrow analysis activity in a timely manner and within SLA requirements. Review and resolve customer complaints timely, completely and accurately.Identify root causes and recommend process changes to improve customer experience. Assist in training, staff development, performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Ensure that loans in disaster areas are appropriately flagged for special handling. Identify and propose solutions to manual processes. Ensure all policies and procedures remain current. Makes recommendations for the improvement of controls in the overall servicing operation. Communicates any trends and / or problems with recommended solutions to senior management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University Five plus year's related experience with Escrow/Insurance and/or Servicing activities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three plus years in a leadership/management/supervisory role.
