The Opportunity: Foreclosure Director

We're looking for an experienced Foreclosure Directorto join the Freedom family. Our ideal Foreclosure Directorwill be responsible for ensuring the Foreclosure Referral Process is completed accurately, in adherence to mandatory state and investor guidelines and timelines. You'll coordinate, monitor, and manage the Foreclosure Referral Team,taking true ownership of your department with a determined approach to meetexpectations and company goalsin an exciting and ever-changing environment.

What does the job look like?

As a Foreclosure Director, your daily duties may include...
Carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with Freedom's policies, applicable laws, and Freedom's overall guiding philosophy. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Foreclosure Referral processes. Coaching and motivating your team to achieve desired results. Performing new hire training. Conducting periodic desk-reviews and completing semiannual and annual performance reviews. Balancing workloads according to foreclosure referral volumes and assigning workloads to the foreclosure referral personnel for processing. Writing or approving letters for use in the foreclosure department. Assisting colleagues with difficult cases. Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency of your team. Interviewing and hiring new employees. Addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Reviewing and responding to internal and external Quality Audits.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education & Certification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year College or University OR 4 to 6 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
