Job Title: Technical Project Manager (All Source Intelligence)

ARServices is seeking a Technical Project Manager (All-Source Intelligence) to join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development Directorate (DTRA RD).? In this position, you will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to?the Counter-WMD Technologies Special Programs Division (CXQ).?Overall?duties involve providing project management support to a Division that manages advanced research and development (R&D) programs focused on countering weapons of mass destruction.? Primary job responsibilities are to provide general technical management support to the DTRA Planning and Analysis Support Team Lead. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate exceptional communications skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced program management environment.?

Principal Duties

Support tasking of analysis activities for a team of more than 30 intelligence analysts in providing proliferation and procurement focused analysis on weapons of mass destruction (WMD) threats

Prepare summaries, reports, assessments and briefings

Track analysis products and notify leadership of time-sensitive events

Recommend improvements to processes and quality control procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Security Policy or related field

10 years of experience in all source intelligence analysis.

Current DoD TS clearance with access to SCI

Experience in all-source intelligence analysis in the areas of Counter proliferation; Counterterrorism; Weapons of Mass Destruction; Global Missile Threat; Scenarios, Wargames, and Exercise Development and Implementation.

Experience in preparing intelligence summaries, reports, assessments and briefings.

Experience in DoD program management

Experience is DoD R&D programs

Program management for intelligence analysts

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in Political Science, Security Policy, or CBRNE related field

20 years of experience in all source intelligence analysis.

Expert in all-source intelligence analysis in the areas of Counter proliferation; Counterterrorism; Weapons of Mass Destruction; Global Missile Threat; Scenarios, Wargames, and Exercise Development and Implementation.

Program manager for WMD all-source intelligence analysts.

Experience in program management at DTRA

Experience is R&D programs at DTRA
