Job Title: Management Analyst 1 (DHS CWMD)

ARServices is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office, Operations Support Directorate (OSD). You will be part of a team providing support services to Training and Exercise in order to enhance the nation's abilities to prevent terrorists and other threat actors from using weapons of mass destruction with a focus on Exercise support.

Principal Duties
Supports exercise project team leads by managing a range of exercise design and planning tasks and selects exercise program level tasks Assists in planning and preparatory aspects of the exercise design process Supports planning team communications Prepares exercise documentation materials, meeting preparation Supports exercise conduct and post-exercise reporting for both discussion-based and operations-based exercises Uses the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Exercise (HSEEP) methodology
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent More than 2 years of experience Candidates must be able to pass a DHS Suitability Check and possess Secret clearance.
