SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible but not limited to, providing product and service information to any potential customer. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for complying with customer regulations, processing and managing orders. Will act as a liaison between sales, shipping and compliance teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbersAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationCommunicate and coordinate with internal departmentsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh School Diploma Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively2-3 years' experience in an aviation customer service role Physical Demands
