Job Description:

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support our contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities:

Perform receipt, storage, and issue of material in support of the Unaccompanied Housing Management and General Officer Quarters Management
Enter all pertinent data into the Enterprise Housing Management (e-HM)-FMO database
Control security of material storage location
Transport furniture to the Dorms for incoming Airmen
Operate forklift and storage systems to offload, store, retrieve and distribute material
Manage materials IAW federal, state, customer, and company procedures
Receive material, process receipts and issues into the e-HM database
Use forklift and pallet jack to move materials
Properly maintain warehouse condition to include storage, safety barriers, and housekeeping
Issue material to workforce as required and ensures proper documentation is recorded in e-HM
Perform manual lifting and loading of materials/sweeping of floors/ removal of pallets or waste
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory of materials and appliances
Perform scheduled and unscheduled inventories as required
Deliver or exchange furniture for Dorm personnel
Submit disposition paperwork in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-6004 and IAW AFMAN 32.1084 to dispose of damaged or broken furniture
Must be able to secure a secret security Clearance

Must have computer skills to adequately access e-HM and use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Must possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
Can address a wide variety of audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner

Physical Demands:

This classification's activities range from, an office/warehouse environment with extensive sitting demands to a field environment with extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands. Will be required to lift objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The diversity of work conditions may range from an office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort to a field environment where inclement weather may subject the individual to severe changes in temperature, wind, rain, etc.
Forklift operations certified
Valid state driver's license
