Job Description:
ASRC Federal will support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to provide a unified approach to operating and assuring DISA managed elements of the DoD Information Environment, to enable proactive service assurance and rapid service provisioning of DISA services, and for the establishment of an integrated, standardized and agile information-sharing environment to enable Cyber Analytics (CA) and Cyber Situational Awareness (SA) across the Department of Defense (DoD). This position shall:
Responsibilities:
Develop training material and packages including:
Training Documentation
Operational Scenarios
Computer-based training
Storyboards
Instructor Notes
Organizes training classes and scheduling, manage, and maintain a library of digital training materials, and assist/conducting virtual training.
Facilitates training committee meetings and material approvals with the COR.
Update, modify or customize existing training materials based on lessons learned.
For formal training sessions, ensures all training materials are available, ensures all equipment is functional prior to start of session.
May be asked to test new products from the user's viewpoint and provide input to help clarify training requirements.
Shall also serve as a Continuous Improvement Manager to create, document and maintain a Continuous Service Improvement Plan in coordination with the IT & Business Alignment Manager and Service Portfolio Manager.
Shall review and analyze services to track overall performance against specific SLAs.
Shall work with the Service Portfolio Manager, Business Relationship Manager, and Government to ensure continual alignment of the service portfolio with current and future business needs.

Requirements:
Four-year degree is required.
Five years of experience providing training, preferably in an adult learning setting.
Education requirement can be waived for six (6) or more years of relevant training experience.
Must be able to work in a demanding production-oriented position.
Must have strong communication skills.
Active Secret level clearance
