Job Description:

Summary:

Perform administrative oversight and development of training programs in support of O&M contract. Maintain various tracking systems to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory agencies. Research and prepare for the acquisition and maintenance of applicable licenses and certifications. Maintain project documentation on training achievements and license and certifications. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts. Select and assign instructors to conduct training. Research, coordinate & schedule training events. Maintain training and certificate files.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Use PC for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Proficient in MS Office, 3 yrs. exp. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed.
Prepare memos, letters, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand. Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 - 4 years' administrative experience.
Ability to maintain security clearance.
