Job Title: Test Team Lead

ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology is looking for a Team Lead to for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to support a Dept of State program in Arlington, VA.

The position will entail understanding the many facets of the project, leading a team of test engineers, interfacing with the customer and the development team's customer, managing schedule and resources, and communicating with a broad range of contractors, customers and users.
The position will also require the ability to prioritize test automation efforts into the team's manual testing processes.
The effort is a top priority for the customer and requires a lead that can track multiple related components and adjust the staff's work as the requirements and intra-team priorities change.
The work is being performed under a developing SAFe implementation, so there are daily and weekly calls with the development team and government management.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate with test and development teams as well as technical support and management
Strong customer communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team of testers in multiple concurrent efforts
Ability to understand requirements and interpret into test cases
Ability to prioritize and delegate in a changing environment
Ability to test and work with a team in a highly integrated environment
Outstanding functional and system requirements analysis skills
Demonstrated expertise with software QA processes
Hands-on expertise with both manual and automated testing
Experience with automation tools (Selenium/Gauge a plus)
Expertise with test case development
Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance

Experience/Education

A minimum of 6 years or more experience supporting Testing/Software QA requirements
