QUANTICO: Site Supervisor/Camp Manager

Under limited direction from the Project Manager of a Government Services (GS) project, responsible for the daily operations of all activities of a small to modest sized project located on site in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Locations are often on a military or government post, base, facility or grounds. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a project including reports, staffing, personnel management, etc. to ensure contract compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Project setup, transitional activities, contract changes, vendor management, shop drawing review, client/customer relations, and all required Owner and in-house reporting.Supervises all personnel at the site to include subcontractor performance. Maintain a culture that supports KBR's Quality & Safety culture. Maintain work environments that are safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and ensure working facilities and areas present a professional atmosphere.Provide leadership and ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property including but not limited to government facilities, equipment, tools, information, and data.Oversee Service Desk ensuring work orders are resourced and completed in a timely mannerAttend base logistics, deployment, safety, weekly staff, and force protection meetings as deemed necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail)

A minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management of government sponsored programs Undergraduate degree desired but not requiredMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluentlyAn understanding of how maintenance and logistics organizations function - work planning and execution, work processes and procedures, reporting and metrics, inventory management.Experience in contingency environments as well as knowledge & experience working with government contracts.Experience supporting Navy projects or military service in the US Navy or United States Marine Corps is highly desired Have knowledge of military publicationsExperience working with a diverse workforce supporting multi-cultural customersFamiliarity with Maximo (Enterprise Asset Management Software)Effective planning, organizing and directing skillsPro-active, well organized, results-oriented, and team player with decision-making ability.Use computers & related software such as Microsoft Office and other common products used in office environments.Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
