Title:
Senior Lead Operations Officer

KBR is seeking a Lead Operations Officer to join our Team! (Contingent upon contract award)
Provides support to an advanced research and development program in planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, correspondence, and documentation preparation.Completes all required personal across team coordination to accomplish this task.Provides support for all internal and external reports, data calls, and requests for information.Controls and maintains database(s) of program office files.Maintains hard copy, electronic filing, and record keeping systems to facilitate retrieval and historical record maintenance as required by the customer or other pertinent entities.Analyzes, makes recommendations, facilitates, and reports on: program management plans to include moves, facilities design, and facility construction.Supports development and updates of organizational charts.Develops and implements detailed employee check-in/out processes, to include non-classified internet protocol router (NIPRNet), secret internet protocol router network (SIPRNet), common access cards, and related security paperwork.Facilitates and participates in program meetings.Ensures support of accurate and detailed meeting minutes.Works closely with leadership to communicate priorities, policies, procedures, decisions, goals, and issues.Prepares and maintains reports, and statistics related to the office or functional area.Works closely with the administrative support personnel.Provides cross-functional liaison support to resolve issues/conflicts at the lowest possible level and minimize management involvement where possible.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.Candidate must have ten years of experience in the DoN Program Office environment.Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A current Top Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 6 years is required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment and have the ability to respond to drills with a short turnaround time.
