We are looking for adedicatedLand Surveyor to grow with our collaborative team and work on a variety of land development projects.
Based in either Irvine, CA or Reno, NV, you'll have the opportunity towork on a field crew to generate and edit Digital Terrain Models (DTM); collect GPS and conventional data processing; write property descriptions; perform record searches, title commitments, and record document review; and other duties as required.
You'll grow your surveying career as you achieveproject goals, comprehend scopes of work and expectations of clients.
Most importantly, you'lltake actionto ensure the safety, health and well-being of yourself and your team. Here's What You'll Need:
Surveying experience
Familiarity with and ability to accomplish advanced technical surveying tasks
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in survey related field
Advanced experience as a Survey Technician
Land Surveyor Intern (LSI)
Advanced experience with laser scanning, photogrammetry, remote sensing, LiDAR, CAD, GIS, subsurface utilities, or ROW acquisition
Proficiency with Trimble Business Center, Microstation and Civil 3D
