How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As a Director, Production & Inventory Planning you are responsible for all production planning, inventory planning and analytics activities for the P&L and Life Science divisions. You partner with Marketing management to balance supply and demand for production, sales and inventory. Develops strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer service while balancing inventory investment. Works with Production leadership to maximize manufacturing efficiencies. Responsible for global inventory control standards and inventory accuracy across multiple sites and locations. Collaborates with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners on inventory management activities.

What you'll do:
Production Planning: Directly manages the production planning and analysis functions to ensure that tissue grafts are produced and distributed in a quality, timely and cost effective manner across multiple processing facilities. Builds effective modeling and planning tools and systems to measure and monitor inventory levels and identify variances and predict results. Inventory Planning: Develops and implements standard inventory planning and control practices across all LifeNet Health product inventory locations, including but not limited to distribution warehouses, intermediaries, consignment locations and production supplies/materials locations. Ensures and enforces policies are consistent with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/GTP (Good Tissue Practices), American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. People Leadership: Provides oversight to assigned team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective regarding day-to-day execution of production operations (multi-site 24/7 environment), support operations, and production enhancement and improvement initiatives. Ensures individuals are equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Uses the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure their team's level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards. Ensures effective training of technical staff and adequate staffing levels in all departments.Inventory Control: Maintains accurate inventory control of finished goods. Manages the inventory of LifeNet Health's tissue and communicates with the Distribution Department to ensure effective inventory control. Responsible for the development of cycle count processes, root cause analysis and stock adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate and run the annual physical inventory for all locations.OEM Inventory Planning: Develops and implements strategies for collaboration with OEM tissue partners on inventory management and critical stock situations to ensure OEM needs and priorities are adequately reflected in production plans/schedules.Customer Service: Processes customer complaints, non-conformances and internal errors and develops effective corrective and preventative actions.
What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related preferred. 10 years Management experience leading others; 3 years Tissue Banking, Medical Device, or related industry preferred. 5 years Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or other related experience required. 5 years Enterprise Resource Planning; 3 years SAP experience preferred APICS Certification preferred AATB Certification preferred
