CoSolutions, Inc. is looking to hire aManagement Analystin Charleston, SC

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the update and maintenance of the Requirements Management Plan (REQMP) including dependencies to other Project plans owned by other team members.
-Facilitate and support stakeholder requirement elicitation forums and meetings.
-Gather or reverse engineer requirements from external sources to support completing the RDT&E requirements baseline, such as: vendor specifications, execution of legacy software, internet research, command resources.
-Capture, organize and prepare requirements related to meeting results for reporting and delivery to higher-level leadership.
-Facilitate and participate in requirements analysis discussions with team members resulting in the construction of requirements statements.
-Enter requirements and employ end-to-end traceability utilizing an automated workflow and requirements management tool (i.e.: Change Request/Defect/Requirement/Testing).
-Author requirements specifications for RDT&E initiatives utilizing an automated workflow and requirements management tool.
-Capture application/system functional and user requirements to build Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to support specification development, engineering design, development, and testing efforts for deliver of capability to DoN Service Centers, Program Offices, Integrated Product Teams and Users.
-Develop and contribute to requirements related integrated master schedules.
-Follow and provide recommendations for improvement to the REQMP and processes
-Participate in IPT team meetings, including preparation of requirements related briefing materials, as needed

Requirements
Clearance: Active DoD Secret
Education: BS/BA degree in relevant technical field, to include one or more of the following: Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Math, Humanities, or Management
Experience:
Six (6) years' experience to include: information technology or software engineering projects in areas of Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Program Status Reports, experience in reverse engineer requirements from external sources to support operational objectives such as: vendor specifications, execution of legacy software, internet research, command resources, etc. Position contingent upon contract award and funding. Est. start is June 2021.
