Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:
Providing CMMI process improvement expertise in support of program execution and internal and external process improvement activities.Providing ISO implementation and sustainment activities.Building relationships with customers and be able to comfortably and confidently represent PSI while assessing their needs and determining next steps.Analyzing and determining the applicability of CMMI Process Areas to the environment, conducting informal gap analysis of the processes and environment against CMMI, driving the creation of action plans, and recommending strategies based on results of gap analysis activities.Implementing processes, participating on SCAMPI appraisal teams, and providing expert guidance on process improvement related activities.Providing extensive and exquisitely detailed technical writing when organizing, composing, and summarizing all the documentation and artifacts required for compliance for client CMMI and/or ISO certifications/Maturity Ratings.Scheduling and coordinating project activities and communicating with customers, project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members.Working independently with minimal direction --learning independently and online and through group activities with high level guidance.Sustaining and continually updating the QM Teams SharePoint and external facing Marketing Sites.Assisting in the development of IDIQ Quality Control Plans and other task order related quality sections.Participating in proposal reviews.Assisting in the sustainment and developing materials for PSI's internal CMMI and ISO efforts.Performing extensive peer review and technical writing activities to support PSI Mentor Protégés.Facilitating Organizational Process Group and Management Steering Committee Meetings, this includes providing agendas prior and meeting minutes after.Assisting in the development and deployment of necessary training for those projects within the scope of CMMI efforts.Designing assisting assets for organizational use in al MS Office Formats.Assisting in the development of status and compliance reports to higher level management.Designing and up keeping PSI's organizational measurement repository.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree in related field with 5+ years' experience in a professional business environment. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be consideredPrevious experience or exposure to Process Improvement activitiesExperience with CMMI for Services; in addition to CMMI for DevelopmentISO experience (9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013)Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills through prior work or professional experienceProven excellent written communications skills (academics, work samples, and/or prior experience)Demonstrates verbal communications skills. Must be articulate and able to interview, explain, present, and guide/persuade to desired outcomeAttributes of a solid team player and a committed work ethic through past professional experienceExhibits attributes of one passionate and contributed to excel in this professionDemonstrates an excellent attention to detail through past work and professional experienceMust have great interpersonal and consulting type skills with ability to remain composed in a stressful environmentAs an exempt and critical member of the team, must be willing to work additional hours as needed to get the job doneU.S. Citizenship is required.
