Overview

Responsibilities
OBXtek is seeking a Project Manager, Senior (PM) to support the Air Carrier Analysis Support (ACAS) Government Program Manager at Scott AFB. ACAS is currently transitioning over to a Cloud environment and the PM will be required to support this transition and work with the outside support teams to aid in a seamless transition. Future versions of ACAS software require the redesign of the Logical and Physical data models and the PM will need to understand the flow of the data within ACAS to assist the Project Management Office (PMO).

Documents to be maintained include Change Requests, Release Specifications Agreement (RSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Security documentation, Interim Authority to Test (IATT), etc. for Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other required documentation for the PM.

Tasks include but will not be limited to the following:
Monitor, coordinate and maintain the ACAS Project Schedule using MicroSoft Project. Work with Functional Users to better understand their needs and create a Change Request to define these needs. Attend all Change Control Board (CCB), Functional Review Board (FRB), and other ACAS meetings to verify that the information being presented in the meeting is in the best interest of the PMO and document applicable information. Draft PowerPoint presentations for monthly staff meetings, records minutes, as well as support quarterly Chief Information Officer (CIO) and In-Progress Review (IPR) briefings. Maintain the ACAS SharePoint site where all deliverables and documentation will be stored and updated by the PM.

Qualifications
Secret Clearance preferred. Must be clearable to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

5-8 years experience in IT project lifecycle and management
Strong understanding of Agile software development processes
Ability to draft various administrative and technical documents for the government client
Strong writing and verbal skills as well as knowledge of the MicroSoft Office

Education:
Bachelors degree, any field
