B3 Group Inc. is looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator/Web Designer to support an initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs. The qualified candidate must have experience in the design of web pages/portals, ensuring that performance, functionality, ease of use, and security factors are given appropriate consideration. Should have experience in working with customers on their requirements and incorporate them into the web design. Should have knowledge of a variety of tools and languages such as Flash, Silverlight, and other COTS products for the design of complex web pages.
A B3 Associate will analyze, validate, specify, and verify requirements defined by project leads. They will gain knowledge to be able to gather the appropriate data that will be used to plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs. A B3 Associate will be flexible to take on tasks necessary to provide value to the customer and team. A B3 Associate will demonstrate pro-activeness, an eagerness to learn, a good attitude, and collaboration.
Telecommute will be considered.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities will include:
SharePoint design, development, and administration to support document repositories, dashboards, and platforms (using .net, HTML, and SQL), including but not limited to: Website site design Website management Document library creation List creation Workflow development Reporting and business intelligence Views Calculated fields Form design and validation Web part creation Integration Prepare and deliver associated deliverables for SharePoint Custom pages and Forms In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in technical or business discipline required (eight years' additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team-building skills. Customer service-centered attitude and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials Ability to maintain and obtain a government clearance. Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience working within an Agile environment and/or using Lean concepts Prefer experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal organization Prefer at least 2-3 years of web design experience required, including experience with SharePoint.
