The Director of Infrastructure Optimization will be responsible for leading B3s strategy, roadmap, implementation, and automation of our internal digital platforms. This highly visible role will report to the Vice President of Technology, and the selected candidate will be the leader of a team to deliver technology that will drive efficiency and optimization across the organization.
The role is also accountable for leading, managing, and delivering all components of our internal digital strategy, including optimization and innovations to create business value. They will balance their focus and work to 1) maintain and evolve future-state internal capabilities with a focus on efficiency and predictability of the existing IT environment, and 2) enables future-state internal capabilities with a focus on technology disruption, speed, agility, and flexibility that enables and drives digital capabilities and increases digital maturity. 3) create and maintain the processes and platforms for creating, sharing, using, and managing the knowledge and information across the enterprise 4) manage and administering existing systems (all SaaS/PaaS), including security, governance, infrastructure needs, etc.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the solution design for our internal Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workplace Automation, Business Process Management (BPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Virtual Agent, Intelligent Character Recognition, Workflow Automation Platforms
Be a thought partner in the selection, configuration, and implementation of automated solutions as well as establish standard methodologies to ensure high quality and efficient business transformation using Intelligent Automation platforms.
Work with leadership and peers in back-office operations (Accounting/Finance, HR, Contracts, etc) and various Practices (Data & Analytics, Cloud & Cyber, etc) to implement hyper-automation with our automation solutions
Partner with Operational, Technical, and Functional leaders, and technical and functional team members in expanding the future vision and solutions for their operations and processes.
Generate a pipeline of automation projects and work with the functional leaders to value the opportunities, prioritize, and deliver them.
Maintain the internal IT roadmap of milestones and goals that aligns with overall business goals
Work cross-functionally to develop effective communication and training of new platforms and technologies
Partner with Quality, Risk, and Security teams to create policies and controls for the appropriate protection of enterprise assets.
Responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing all internal infrastructure (Teams, Salesforce, Unanet, O365, Teams, TalentGuard, Zendesk, etc) platforms
Directs business process automation team and is the main stakeholder for automation and business process management platforms (PowerAutomate, Zendesk, UiPath, etc)
Directs knowledge management efforts (Project Cortex, Zendesk KB, Sharepoint/Teams), including information architecture and access
Responsible to attend and represent Technology regarding security policies, controls, and reports for various certifications and accreditations (eg: ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI, CMMC)
Directs and Manages external Technical Services team
In order to be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related, required
10 + years of total work experience with 3+ years' experience as part of or leading automation transformations
Knowledge of intelligent automation and cognitive platforms in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Virtual Agent, Intelligent Character Recognition, Workflow Automation Platforms
Understanding and experience directing and managing corporate Information security, information architecture, records management, and knowledge management
Strong problem solving and internal consulting skills.
Strong blend of Business Operations and Technology design and implementation experience with a specific focus on building robust Intelligent Automation solutions across the enterprise
Strong presence and ability to simplify complex concepts for consumption by non-technical leaders. Solid experience in presenting to senior leadership is required to succeed in the role.
Intellectual curiosity to keep pace with technological advancements and tools in intelligent Automation and artificial intelligence
Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
Knowledge of technology trends, development, and availability of new technologies and tools
The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
Coordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout the course of automation implementations
Maturity and understanding to know when to delegate and to who
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
Strong knowledge of IT disciplines and trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be able to use a computer.
Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
