Overview

Are you looking for stimulating and rewarding work? Come join our exciting team supporting the Army Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Program. The ERPi team is the tip of the spear for the modernization of the Army's Deploy to Redeploy/Retrograde (D2RR) End-to-End (E2E) business processes and IT solutions. As part of this team, you will be helping to support the portfolio for the Army in transforming its capabilities in support of the changing global landscape. ERPi plays a pivotal role in providing portfolio management support of the current Army GFIM systems, we assist as the Functional lead in the development and acquisition of the Army's GFIM OE to support Global Force Management.

Global Force Information Management Objective Environment (GFIM OE) is a Global Force Management Data Initiative (GFM DI) compliant, integrated, and interoperable digital environment that enables, through automation, the Deploy to Redeploy/Retrograde (D2RR) End-to-End (E2E) Army business processes in support of Dynamic Force Employment (DFE). GFIM OE will enable HQDA G-3/5/7 to rapidly evolve both long-term and immediate solutions that integrate and automate D2RR E2E Army business processes of force structure, readiness, manning, equipping, resourcing, and sustaining functions for the Army. This initiative will provide an agile, transparent, and auditable manner to support senior leader decisions and transformation of the management of Title 10 functions.

Responsibilities:
Works closely with investment/system owners on Army Business Enterprise Architecture compliance to ensure systems and Operational Activities are in alignment. Support Office of Business Transformation IBF-DAP Annual Assessments for system owners. Work closely with the Office of Business Transformation (OBT) to obtain guidelines for all compliance taskers and requests. Establish, monitor, measure, assess and report performance metrics for investments. Develop reports for executive reporting; and providing support for PfM process assets. Manage system owner records in Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) and SharePoint

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree 5 years Information Technology experience Demonstrate experience with Project Management, SDLC, or IT Strategy. Experience with CPIC and portfolio management process improvement Strong communication skills Working knowledge of DODAF Business Architecture
