ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide onsite support at our Bethesda, MD site. Please note - this role is temporarily remote due to COVID.

The Project Coordinator will provide support to The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). The NHLBI provides global leadership for research, training, and education programs to promote the prevention and treatment of heart, lung, and blood diseases. The Project Coordinator will provide direct support towards the efforts of the Project Management and Support Services group within NHLBI.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional supporting fast-moving and wide-ranging projects and initiatives. The candidate should be passionate about motivating and engaging stakeholders, and able to develop positive working relationships with individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds.

The Project Coordinator will:
Work with federal senior leadership to plan for and execute high-priority programs and projects, including project management and coordination support. Support senior-level, high-profile scientific meetings, including meeting minutes, action item tracking, materials preparation and related logistics. Provide support for high-visibility strategic programs including, developing and maintaining MS Project schedules, dashboards, and reports. Develop project SharePoint sites and maintain content for various client projects. Conduct ad hoc presentations on project management templates and guides.

Required Skills and Experiences: 3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree Experience in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Project and Sharepoint Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations Strong organization and prioritization skills Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative and results-driven environment Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels Ability to think strategically to effectively assess clients' situation and assemble solutions to meet needsAdditional Skills Desired Master's degree Knowledge working on health or scientific related projectsClearance: Public Trust
