Overview

ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Business Analyst (Health) to provide onsite support at Defense Health Headquarters.ERPi currently supports an integrated team providing consulting support to a Defense Health Agency client. We are looking for consultants with interest in project management and experience with PowerPoint and Excel.Please note this is temporarily remote due to COVID; This role will transition to an on-site requirement in Falls Church, VA which does not allow for regularly scheduled telework

The consultant performs multiple tasks associated with supporting the management of one or more small- to medium-scale projects. Specific tasks may include:
Develops client meeting materials such as agendas, meeting minutes, and informational and decisional briefs Performs first level reviews of client meeting materials to more junior staff Supports team in the management of client task trackers at the branch head level. Manages event planning for major client conferences of 120+ attendees, leads event planning working groups with the client on a weekly basis, and develops corresponding working group materials Leads in the development of conference communication plans Leads in the development of After-Action Reports to include executive summaries, lessons learned, survey data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and visualizations and recommendations for the future Leads survey development, data collection, entry, cleansing, analysis and final reports (*Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFs, INDEX MATCH, Conditional Formatting) Leads all process mapping efforts (*Visio) across multiple workstreams to include working group meetings with the client, current state process design, gap analysis, and future-state process design Works as a team to perform research and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assists client working group effort to redesign key client systems by contributing to meeting material development, gap analysis, and managing process mapping efforts Performs client interviews designed to provide documentation of all staff responsibilities and assists with reports of qualitative data for client leadership

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with experience in a project management environment Tactical knowledge and ability to own development of PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and advanced Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills (particularly to non-technical audiences) Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment Ability to work on-site daily in Falls Church, VA Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearanceDesired Skills and Experience Experience supporting DHA or another federal agency
