Job Title: Budget Analyst (Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance - DOD)

Overview

ERPi is proud to support the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)'s Support Services program. This program is enabling JAIC to lead the management and implementation of AI across DoD.

In support of this effort, ERPi is searching for an experienced Budget Analyst. Some tasks may include:
Reviews and approves all budget execution requests submitted through the financial system of record Supporting the identification and consolidation of strategic requirements for a highly technical organization Developing the cost estimates to address identified requirements Assisting in the development of annual expenditure plans Tracking/monitoring the expenditures of allocated funds May include support to the drafting of justifications for funding to inform senior leadership decisions Analyzes obligation & expenditure rates Develops spend plan & phasing plan Inputs and extracts data from FM systems to perform budget execution functions Supports the development and submission of the POM in order to ensure linkage with the budget Analyzes historical, current environment/narrate Provides decision support and analysis to support the budget

Required Skills and Experience: DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance Required (Interim ok) Bachelors Degree in human factors, psychology, communications, computer science, or related field 4-8 years of relevant work experience Experience with the Federal PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution) process is highly desired Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills Advanced level proficiency in MS Office SuitePreferred Skills and Experience: DOD Top Secret Clearance preferred Experience working with DOD and other federal clients
